Five large rooms are comfortable and spacious. All have wooden floors and all are equipped with televisions, DVD players and iPod docks. Four rooms are equipped with beds and one is equipped with beds that can be converted into beds. All have walk-in robes than double bedroom, where they are located in the hall closet. Ensuite bathrooms are equipped with andesite floors, granite vanities, white tub and walk into a mosaic of showers. Four of the bathrooms boast an outdoor shower, as well as an internal shower.

In another part of the garden, a huge timber deck and barbecue is bordered by a large alfresco bar, complete with drinks chiller fridge and bar stools. This area is specially designed to cater for events and weddings. Tennis court, together with the neighboring villa is available for use by guests.
