Kuta Karnival 19 – 27 September 2009 On Holiday Season
Well, it’s again, and for anyone who is vacationing in Bali, at this time that are a wonderful gift. If last year’s Kuta Karnival is anything to go by then this year is sure to be even better, and judging by their web sites and events that has to be one heck of a fun time.
7th annual international Kuta Karnival will be held in the sand Kuta Beach and attracts thousands of people from around the world. It’s a whole week of fun, food, music, sporting events and many other attractions as well. It is a community that is held in the highest spirits ad an event not to be missed, especially for children. In addition to activities on the beach, there are also parades. Kuta Karnival really is a celebration of life, entertainment and activities for all ages.
According to the Kuta Karnival sites, some of the events include: Opening Ceremony with Turtle Release and paddle for peace, Kite Festival, Shanti Puja, “Morning of the Earth” yoga, martial arts Mepantigan Bali, Bali Hotel Association Bartender competition, Graffiti Cartoon Expose Cartoon T-Shirt Sunset Dance Competition, Mini Cartoon Exhibition, Youth, Race, Film Screening, Barong Reptile Show, Street Art & Sand Sculpture Competition SFO and now Oakley Open Stage, Kuta young architects, Information Center for Youth Raremotion Artist Series, Bali Blogger Community Environment Day environment, Surfer Girl Surfer Girl Big Splash Screens ‘09, Cardinal Music Awards, Bali Food Festival, Fishing and Fun Street Parade.In all these events happening, you can not help but have a great time.
