>Kawi Mount is located about a mile north of Tampaksiring and is one of the oldest religious sites in Bali and contains the tomb of the candidate or built in honor of the 11th century king.

The whole site sits in a small valley (Pakerisan River) and increase the set of measures provides some spectacular views as you pass the local dealers are strategically located as you descend (reasons to be obvious as you climb the stairs!).
