Gonta Japanese Restaurant Sanur Bali
>The place was small, but tastefully decorated and linjakas. Instead it reminded me that someone other than the house including a small desk / bar. All cooking is done because we were behind the counter and the counter, it was really interesting to chief cook at work. We were surprised big pots of broth, and We liked the idea of a cock right in the pot was boiling the noodles. The man was a cooking of the old Japanese man, and he was very effective and seemed friendly enough.

We were unable to contact them because he knew Japanese only and may be a bit of Indonesian. The head waitress gave him and talked with us most of the translation. We ordered windows shoyu, shio Ramen and gyoza because they looked like the typical dishes of the store. Wid said agadashi tofu, but they were not as high. Who was a block of tofu with grated ginger, spring onion and soy sauce. Tofu salad was similar to the version I learned at my mother, and though it was a dish with fewer ingredients, it was surprisingly good. Wid really loved the porous structure of the tofu a bit of luck, which is different than most of the tofu can be found here. Tofu taste was quite good, with topping.
Your dishes were prepared and served very quickly. Ramen dishes were surprisingly light, yet full of flavor. Compared Ippin Nyukkon Windows was a different flavor, and lighter, but the consistency and taste of the soup, you could just say, not just a Dashi broth with soy sauce, plus a warehouse. Both dishes had a semi-soft boiled egg, nori sheets, spring onions, wakame, bamboo stick and a piece of boiled pork. The noodles themselves were very fresh and flavorful. One interesting thing to note, she spiced dish with a generous amount of ground black pepper, something not seen on the Ippin Nyukkon. Windows was a great achievement, and it was really fun to wash into a rich broth with a few hot green tea. We had the gyoza, which was filled with vegetables and pork.
The service was excellent. Anyone running a restaurant was very attentive and friendly. Food was prepared and served very quickly and we did not have to wait long for our check to make sure of it. As the two of us, the bill was about $12. I think not a bad price, because we estimate two bowls, gyoza plates, green tea, tofu and salad. Unfortunately they had no dessert but they had a nice mix of drinks, we will not be present. Ramen dishes we tried were equally Ippin Nyukkon windows of restaurants, and both are clearly better than the East Bagus windows instead. The price is decent, and I would not mind being there again.
