Fried Duck Balinese Food

>If I had to the island gods to try easy way to eat fried duck typical of this island, just try to make their own Balinese fried duck this. So tasty soft, warm, especially when eaten with sambal matah and urap vegetables (lawar bali), spicy and tasty!

Bebek Bali Fry

Fry duck:
* 1 tail (900 g) duck, cut into 4 parts
* 4 tbsp vegetable oil
* 2 pieces bay
* 2 sheets orange leaves
* 1 stem Serai, memarkan

Spices, puree:
* 2 cm of fresh ginger
* 2 cm kencur
* 2 cm lengkuas
* 8 cloves garlic
* 1 tsp fried shrimp paste
* 1 / 2 tsp coriander
* 1 tsp pepper grain
* 1 tsp sugar
* 2 tsp salt

Complementary:
* Sambal Matah
* The Peanut Urap

How to make:
* Duck mixed with Spices Subtle to the average.
* Leave it for several hours.
* Heat oil, enter the seasoned duck, a leaf, orange leaves and Serai.
* Poke to duck rigid and changed color.
* Tuangi water, cooking with low heat until tender duck meat.
* Lift, leave it for a while.
