Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as the International Airport of Denpasar, is located in southern Bali, 13 km south of Denpasar. Indonesia is the third busiest international airport. In December 2008, Garuda re-opened direct flight from Shanghai – Denpasar in anticipation of an increase in the number of passengers coming from China.
