Kitchen The restaurant, located above the large pool overlooking the ocean, is open for dinner. The menu offers a mix of Western and Indonesian cuisine. Adjoining the restaurant is Amankila’s Bar, also overlooking the sea. The Terrace, set just back from the signing of three layers pool is open for breakfast and lunch, serving Asian and Western cuisine. Afternoon tea is served in front of the Library, where local women, dressed in sarongs and kebayas offer free Indonesian ginger tea, Bali kopi (coffee) and local Balinese cakes. The Beach Club offers a simple menu of salads, pizzas, Indonesian and Western light dishes for brunch, lunch and afternoon tea. Private dining is available in suites 24 hours a day.

Beach The Beach Club is located at the foot of the cliff, on a walk of five minutes “in the main resort. Guests can walk to the beach or are driven in one of the open air Amankila buggies. Located in a forest of coconut palms and partial shade of a tree Frangipani is Amankila main pool. Wind Surfers, boogie boards, kayaks and Hobie cats are available at the Beach Club. Amankila staff will assist guests with water sports and offer sailing lessons or partners if necessary. Eight private lounging bales are set along the beach, hidden in the foliage for extra privacy. Drinks and light meals can be enjoyed in the bales.

Library The cool, shady Library floor to ceiling windows overlooking the upper layer of the pool. Additional daybeds allow guests to relax and the wide selection of books, newspapers and magazines to enjoy. Games, CDs and a laptop for Internet access are also available.

Boutique The Boutique has a wide range of unique Balinese art, crafts and antiques available for purchase.

Spa Traditional Balinese massage and beauty treatments are available in the privacy of the guest suites “, in the specially designated massage pavilion or at the Beach Club where two teakwood massage tables are hidden away in a grove of coconut palms and flowering shrubs.

Yoga Yoga classes can be taken under the coconut trees around the Beach Club, or in the privacy of the guest suites.

Pools Beach Club next to the 41m pool, Amankila’s signature three-tiered pool is dramatically below the lobby. Set into the cliff-edge, the three blue-tiled pools face the sea and a stream in the other got into a similar slope with terraced rice fields.
